In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy shall control as to the content contained herein.

Our Company, KMRK Group, LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy. 

This policy describes types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit the Site, contact us or interact with us via electronic communications, including through or in connection with the Site.

This policy does not apply to information collected by (a) us offline or through other means, including on other websites or social media outlets operated by third parties, or (b) third parties, including through content that the Site links to or makes accessible.

Use of the Site is possible without any collection of personal data.  However, collection of some personal data is necessary to provide services to paid subscribers. 

Processing of personal data for paid subscribers or users who interact with us via electronic means, such as name, address, email address, or telephone number shall follow the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with country-specific data protections for users in those respective countries.

If you qualify as an EU data subject: this policy is here to inform you, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which you are entitled by your use of this Site.

If you qualify as a California resident: California Civil Code §1798,83 (as may be amended) permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.  To make such a request please contact us through the “contact us” portal.

Please read this policy carefully.  If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is to not use the Site.  By accessing or using this Website, you agree to this privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time.  Your continued use of the Site after we make changes to this policy is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

If you are under 18

If you are under 18, this Site is not intended for you without confirmed parental consent.  No one under the age of 18 may provide personal information to the Site.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of 18.  If you are under the age of 18, do not use or provide information to us or this Site, make any purchases through this Site, make use of any public comment features, or provide information about yourself.  If we learn we have collected information from a person under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete such information.  For questions, please contact us through the “contact us” portal.

User Comments

In the event the Site allows visitor/user comments: When visitors leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


In the event the Site allows visitor/user comments: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

For any embedded content, those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

In the event the Site allows visitor/user comments:  If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we may track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order, or estimate if taxes are due.
  • Information you may provide by filling out forms on our website, including information and financial information provided at the time of subscribing to our courses, or when requesting consultation or further services.
  • If you contact us, we keep records of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses).
  • Details of transactions you carry out through the Site and information related to fulfillment of any orders.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 3 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

We collect information about you during the course purchase process (through Stripe), as well as information relating to your course progression.

We collect this information when you directly provide it to us, or automatically as you navigate through the Site or provide information to third parties that are necessary for us to provide services, such as our payment processors.

Automatic Data Collection

If you use the Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect limited information about your equipment, browsing activities and patterns.  This may include the number of visits to the Site, location data, the resources that you access, and other limited information.  This is done through a technology known as a “cookie” and a “web-beacon.  You will have the option to opt out of cookies.

Third-Party Data Collection

 If the Site has advertisements, that content will be serviced by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers.  These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect information about you if you access their webite or content.  Please review the privacy policies of those third parties if you access their content.  We do not control the tracking technologies of any third parties and are not responsible the privacy policies and actions of any third parties.

We may share your information with marketing services (such as email services like MailChimp).  If you become a paid subscriber we will share your information with payment gateways, gamification programs, and third party embeds. 


We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.  To learn more about how this works, please see:

WooCommerce, our subscription maintenance extension, will potentially story your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.

For Paid Subscribers: What we collect and store

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Create your account for our learning management system

We store information about you for as long as your account exists.  We store course progress, including completion status (if applicable).  We will also store comments on courses, lessons, and topics if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators can access:

  • Order information such as your enrolled courses, course progress and username / email address.

Any additional information added in your WordPress User Profile can also be visible to the administrator(s).

Why we collect some data

We collect data to provide services to you and our users.  It is to help us present the Site and its content to you, carry out our obligations and enforce our rights, stop spam and hacking, notify our users of various matters and changes to the Site, for other reasons with your consent.  We may also use your information to contact you about goods and services that may be of interest to you or about new courses on the Site.   

Disclosure of your information

We may disclose personal information that we collect about you or that you provide as described in this policy to our affiliates; to third parties we use to support our business, to a buyer or successor of the business or as part of a bankruptcy or liquidation of assets; to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, or other purposes disclosed by use when you provide the your information; with your consent; to comply with a cour order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; to enforce or apply our terms of Use or Terms of Sale, or if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company or our customers or others.

We may disclose anonymized information about our users without restriction.

Data Security

We have worked to secure any personal information of users from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, disclosure or alteration.  Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

Keep your password safe.  Do not share it.  The security of your password is up to you.  If we notice what seems like unauthorized use of a username and password, we may block that user.

Remember that transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.  We will work to protect any personal information; however, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Site.  Any transmission of your personal information to the Site is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

 If we make material changes to the privacy policy, we will post a notice on the Site’s home page.  The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
